•
If I purchase the program from you can I use it at any other veterinarian?
No, the Vaccine for Life Program is EXCLUSIVELY offered at Walton County Animal Clinic.
•If I have more than one pet, do I get a reduced fee for any other pets?
We do not offer any discounts to go along with this program, it is a one time fee based on your pets age at time of enrollment.
•Can I transfer the program to another pet?
The program is for each individual pet.
•If my pet dies or runs away shortly after enrolling in the program can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Please communicate with us to see if we can help.
•If I give away my pet will the new owners be able to use the policy?
If you give your pet away, the new owners will have to enroll their pets in the program for the appropriate fee. The program is nontransferable.
•What happens if I do not make it in to see the doctor before my year passes?
If you do not come in to see the doctor within 1 month of its due date your program becomes void. You will have to purchase any vaccines from that point on, or if the plan is still being offered you may re-enroll.
Your pet is due for an examination ONCE a year by the veterinarian and we give a 30 day grace period before your enrollment is cancelled.
